Here are the new salon COVID-19 safety protocols:

Prior to each appointment each client must complete the below agreement which includes a symptom screening.
One client is permitted in the studio at a time. ( + one person within same household permitted if also receiving a service)
All stylists and clients are required to properly wear a mask while on premises. Disposable masks that hook around ears will be provided if needed.
Clients will have a contactless temperature screening prior to entering the building. Anyone with a temperature of 100 degrees +, or showing any symptoms of illness must reschedule their appointment.
Stylist and clients must wash/sanitize hands prior to appointment.
Provided beverages, snacks, and shared reading materials are temporarily suspended.
Clients getting a haircut only may wash hair prior to appointment. Blow drying is always optional with all services to minimize contact.
All surfaces, towels, capes, tools, and equipment will be properly cleaned and sanitized prior to each client.

Prior to my appointment, I confirm that:

In the past two weeks I or anyone in my household have not been diagnosed with or cared for someone with COVID-19.

I or anyone in my household has not had symptoms of COVID-19, including cough, sore throat, fever, chills, shortness of breath, loss of taste or smell in the past two weeks nor have we come in close contact with anyone that has in the past two weeks.

I will follow all safety guidelines, including properly wearing a mask while in the building.

If I begin to show symptoms of COVID-19 within the next two weeks, I will contact my stylist.

I acknowledge even with the most stringent safety procedures, it is impossible to completely eliminate the risk of contracting COVID-19 or any other illness.
